CrisisCopilot.ai is an educational and research platform. All content, analysis, sector rankings, model portfolios, trading playbooks, signals, and recommendations provided through the Service are for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional advice. We are not registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner with any regulatory authority.

3. No Investment Recommendations

The sector rankings, stock/ETF mentions, entry/exit zones, price targets, model portfolio positions, and all other content are simulated educational scenarios. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security.

5. Subscription and Billing

CrisisCopilot offers monthly subscription plans billed automatically via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your login with others. Accounts found sharing credentials in violation of these terms may be terminated without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CrisisCopilot.ai — including analysis, models, data visualizations, text, graphics, and software — is the property of CrisisCopilot.ai and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrisisCopilot.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment capital, arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, analysis, or content on the platform. Market data may be delayed. Analysis may contain errors. Use all information at your own risk.
